About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the organization. Your primary focus will be on promoting data-driven decision-making, solving complex business problems, and contributing to system and infrastructure enhancement.
Key Responsibilities- Support cross-functional special projects and strategic initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency across the organization.
- Evaluate current processes and workflows, identify bottlenecks, propose solutions to streamline operations, and lead implementation of approved solutions.
- Optimize the use of internal systems, driving efficiencies in both business processes and internal reporting.
- Assist in the evaluation of IT system and infrastructure enhancements and IT roadmap execution.
- Enhance systems, processes, and practices to improve internal reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Gather KPI data and data-driven insights about our business, projects, and programs, and prepare reports and insights for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Optimize our knowledge management systems, ensuring information is being stored and shared effectively.
- Create, maintain, and enhance internal business process documentation.
- Build strong internal relationships to ensure successful execution of operational enhancement.
