Cleaning Operations ManagerAbout the Role

Twin Star Cleaning Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates
  • Recommend additional services as needed
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Process payments for specialized cleaning jobs
  • Assist cleaning staff with daily tasks
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish and manage work schedules
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
