- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our clients' facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
- Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning projects, ensuring that we deliver value to our clients.
- Receive Payments: Manage the receipt of payments for specialized cleaning jobs, ensuring that our clients are invoiced accurately and on time.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff, helping them to perform their duties to the highest standard.
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules for our cleaning staff, ensuring that we meet the needs of our clients.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: Will train, but previous experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
- Work Setting: This role involves working in various locations, including commercial and industrial settings.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
- Hours of Work: 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts.
