Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
Coordinate Cleaning OperationsOversee the daily cleaning operations, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards and that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
Inspect Sites and FacilitiesRegularly inspect sites and facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Prepare Budgets and Cost EstimatesPrepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
Recommend Additional ServicesRecommend additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment as needed.
Maintain Financial RecordsMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
Receive PaymentsReceive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and ensure that all financial transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist CleanersAssist cleaners in performing their duties, providing guidance and support as needed.
Coordinate with Other DepartmentsCoordinate work activities with other departments, ensuring that all cleaning operations are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Establish Work SchedulesEstablish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff, ensuring that all areas are covered and that all tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
- 1-2 Years of Experience
