About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Operations Manager at Twin Star Cleaning Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff

Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.

Coordinate Cleaning Operations

Oversee the daily cleaning operations, ensuring that all sites or facilities are cleaned to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.

Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates

Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring that costs are accurately projected and managed.

Recommend Additional Services

Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain the cleanliness and safety of sites or facilities, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.

Maintain Financial Records

Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of financial records, including receipts, invoices, and payment records.

Assist Cleaners

Provide support and assistance to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and guidance to perform their duties effectively.

Coordinate with Other Departments

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, ensuring that cleaning operations are coordinated and aligned with overall business objectives.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and manage work schedules for cleaning staff, ensuring that all sites or facilities are cleaned efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1-2 Years of Experience
  • English Language Proficiency
