- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our cleaning services meet the required safety and cleanliness standards.
- Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
- Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Work Experience: Will train, but previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Work Setting: Various locations, with the possibility of working in different environments.
- Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
- Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts.
