Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Chief Financial Operations Manager to lead month-end and year-end closing procedures for fixed assets and occupancy costs. This position involves maintaining the Fixed Asset subledger, ensuring capitalizations/disposals adhere to policy and IFRS standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain balance sheet and P&L account reconciliations, including fixed asset continuity schedules.
  • Ensure timely payment of occupancy-related expenses for Retail and Properties legal entities.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts for occupancy-related expenses, assets, and Properties entity.
  • Maintain all statutory accounts and records for Properties entity.
Requirements

This role requires a University Degree with an accounting designation or near completion, along with 4-5 years of relevant financial accounting and reporting experience. Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP, Cognos, and other large accounting systems are desirable.

Key Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $85,000 and $110,000 annually, depending on location and qualifications. Additionally, you may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
