About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to support our Sales and Marketing Executives in driving business growth by executing marketing strategies and facilitating marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including event coordination, data management, and content creation.
  • Collaborate with Industrial sales to create scheduled on-site visits with GCs and Element ICF projects.
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Assist with website updates, blog posts, and other digital content creation.
  • Analyze and report on marketing data from various channels.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Business is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to implement marketing strategies.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
Compensation and Benefits
