Our client in Calgary is seeking a highly skilled Payroll & HR Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full cycle payroll processing, including reconciliations and remittances
  • Reconciling payroll sub-ledger to the general ledger
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll statements
  • Establishing and maintaining employee records
  • Administering group benefits programs
  • Preparing HR documents and updating internal databases
  • Performing ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of full cycle payroll experience
  • Post-secondary payroll or HR education preferred
  • Oil and Gas experience preferred
  • Experience with SAP, Ceridian, and U.S. payroll experience considered an asset
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Good accuracy and attention to detail
