Job Description

Job Title: National Sales Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Director to join our team at MasterBrand Cabinets Inc. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive sales plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage National Accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and manage national accounts to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Lead Sales Teams: Coach and mentor sales teams to achieve sales targets and provide guidance on sales strategies and tactics.
  • Analyze Sales Data: Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and provide insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding of sales strategies and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing effective sales strategies.
