- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as required.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
- Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
