  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless information flow within the team.
  • Operations: Direct and control daily operations, evaluating their effectiveness and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
