At Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill - Welland, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparers and counter attendants.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory and Budgeting: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, prepare budgets, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
