Food Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Manager to join our team at Taco Factory Bar and Lounge. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient scheduling systems to ensure that our kitchen is running smoothly and that our staff are able to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Source and purchase high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain the quality of our dishes and to minimize waste.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on their roles and responsibilities, as well as on the importance of maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Ensure that Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service to ensure that it meets our high standards and that our customers are consistently satisfied.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets to ensure that our kitchen is operating efficiently and effectively.
- Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns to ensure that their issues are resolved quickly and to their satisfaction.
- Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Maintain accurate records of our stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we are able to make informed decisions about our kitchen operations.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on the performance of our kitchen and on any issues that need to be addressed.
