Job Title: Administrative Planning Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Planning Officer to join our team at CPA Solutions LLP. As an Administrative Planning Officer, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and payroll administration
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide excellent customer service
  • Commission systems and components to improve administrative processes
  • Monitor and evaluate administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and efficient
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial resources are allocated effectively
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
