Administrative Planning Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Planning Officer to join our team at CPA Solutions LLP. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.
Key Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and payroll administration
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Resolve conflict situations and maintain a positive working environment
- Commission systems and components to improve office efficiency
- Monitor and evaluate administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate payment of employees
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in administrative planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Organized and reliable with excellent time management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
