About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at A&W Grand Falls Windsor. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast food restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
    • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies
    • Plan and organize daily tasks and schedules for team members
  • Team Leadership
    • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met
    • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through feedback and surveys
  • Inventory and Supplies
    • Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best prices and quality for food and other supplies
    • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent waste and overstocking
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is a safe and healthy environment for customers and team members
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a fast food restaurant or similar environment
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Ability to train and develop team members
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
