Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train and Develop Team Members: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that team members are meeting performance expectations.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary to maintain high standards.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and ensure that customer feedback is acted upon in a timely and effective manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Supervision: Supervise and check assembly of trays, and ensure that all team members are working efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
