About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction goals.

You will be trained to be an expert in your field, and you will have the autonomy to resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Utilize multiple computer systems to research products, services, and solutions
  • Document customer interactions and outcomes in our CRM system
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions with your supervisor to ensure you meet key performance indicators

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working with multiple computer systems and software
