The Customer Experience Specialist will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences across the entire customer journey. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to bring to life an improved customer experience using our web and mobile-based application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to strengthen relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
- Partner with internal resources to acquire and maintain customer relationships, ensuring seamless onboarding, training, and support.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to define product requirements, gather feedback, and drive change management.
- Design and implement social media strategies to align with team goals and create engaging content for customers.
- Work with the product team to coordinate new release notes and communications, ensuring transparent request delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related discipline; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to adapt to change.
- 3 or more years of relevant experience in customer experience, communications, and the business domain in which our products exist.
- Experience in project management, business requirements gathering, and change management on complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate across organizations to support important business decisions and optimize outcomes.
