Banquet Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Manager to join our team at Mag Events Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Performance Management
Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
Health and SafetyEnsure all health and safety regulations are followed and implemented to maintain a safe working environment.
Menu PlanningWork closely with chefs and catering teams to advise on menu selections and ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Operations ManagementPlan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless event execution.
CommunicationTake orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely service.
Guest ExperienceGreet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages to provide exceptional guest experiences.
Work EnvironmentWork in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality events and exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
