About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at The Fitness Fanatics Nutrition & Supplements inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and coordinate the activities of sales staff to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Make informed decisions regarding the return of merchandise, ensuring that company policies are upheld and customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, merchandising information, and personnel matters to provide valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
  • Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets, maintain a positive work environment, and promote a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  • Experience: While not mandatory, relevant experience in retail management or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
