Job Overview

As a Sales Representative with Hubbell Canada ULC, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned geographic territory. This involves working closely with Engineers and Consultants to further the specifications of Hubbell products, as well as developing strong relationships with channel partners, end users, and contractors to secure loyalty and product preference.

A Day In The Life

  • Develop a strong network and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Apply product features and benefits to provide solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Expand shelf space for stock goods and support price realization.
  • Understand market segments and verticals opportunities and penetrate new markets.
  • Collaborate with other Hubbell Canada ULC sales people to expand sales and understand competitive advantages of our products.
  • Participate and/or lead in local industry associations, tradeshows, and events, and represent Hubbell Canada ULC professionally.
  • Integrity and Ethics are essential in this role.
  • Reporting as required and performance to quota planning and execution.

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bi-lingual French/English.
  • Proficient computer skills and Salesforce.
  • Valid Driver's license required.
