Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wealth Associate to join our team at National Bank. As a Wealth Associate, you will play a critical role in helping our wealth advisors deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with wealth advisors to develop and implement customized financial plans that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
