About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Nour Private Wealth Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of our HR functions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and driving business growth through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Administration
    • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
    • Manage employee data and information, including payroll administration and benefits management.
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and offer extensions.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Employee Engagement
    • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
    • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance procedures.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including employment standards and health and safety.
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
