Role Overview: The Wealth Management Associate Program is a structured 5-month salaried initiative designed to cultivate sales-oriented and entrepreneurial-minded professionals interested in a career in credit-focused banking.
This program emphasizes the development of essential skills in credit underwriting and relationship management.
Candidate Profile: Ideal candidates are those who are pursuing a master's degree or possess relevant work experience in client relationship management and financial advisory roles.
Completion of a relevant course of study is necessary to facilitate registration with the appropriate provincial securities commission for mutual fund licensing, which will be assessed based on business needs.
Successful candidates will exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and build consensus.
Adaptability and a capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments are essential, as are strong organizational and time management skills.
