BDO is a leader in the industry, and we're driven by a passion for excellence. We're seeking a highly motivated Co-op or Intern Student to join our Human Resources team in September 2024 for a 4-month work term.



This exciting opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience working in various departments within Human Resources, including HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Leadership Development. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely or from one of our BDO offices across Canada.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist with drafting employment-related letters, answering employee questions, and facilitating company-wide orientations.
  • Support talent acquisition by preparing materials, attending campus recruiting events, and scheduling interviews.
  • Contribute to the development of job requisitions, program administration, and project coordination.
  • Engage with stakeholders, update materials, and communicate project status.


What We're Looking For:


  • A degree or diploma student enrolled in a co-op program focused on Human Resources.
  • A strong commitment to teamwork, excellent PC skills, and bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
  • Able to maintain confidence, exercise good judgment, and display strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Salary Range: $39,000 - $59,000 annually
