Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at TA's Asian Grill and Steakhouse. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and a proven track record of managing kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring consistency and high quality standards
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage food costs effectively
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to drive business growth
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant certifications (e.g., food safety, first aid)
  • Demonstrated expertise in cooking techniques, kitchen management, and staff supervision
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced kitchen environment
