We are a leading sales and marketing firm in Calgary seeking a talented Marketing and Sales Associate to drive our clients' success. This role plays a vital part in supporting our overall marketing, sales, and business development efforts.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for learning. As a Marketing and Sales Associate, you will work closely with our business development team to create effective sales and marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating new leads, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and aligned goals
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Manage customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in training sessions and product knowledge seminars to stay up-to-date with industry developments

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, marketing, sales, or customer service
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong understanding of business development and sales processes
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills

Language Requirement: English is the primary language of communication. Fluency in French is not required.
