Job Title: Business Sales Development Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Sales Development Specialist to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and fueling the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and initiate contact
- Nurture relationships to drive revenue growth
- Present, promote and sell products and services to current and prospective customers
- Prepare and refine action plans, schedules, proposals, and presentations
- Send out accurate quotes in a timely and professional manner
- Negotiate and renew customer contract agreements
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects through ongoing communication and follow-up
- Consult with clients after sales to resolve problems and provide ongoing support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related program(s)
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Fundamental aircraft knowledge is considered an asset
