INDIA PARADISE RESTAURANT is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and kitchen operations.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure prompt and courteous service to customers, addressing their complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, and cost products and services.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, and ensure budgetary responsibility.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability.
Work Environment:
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, and attention to detail.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
