We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team at Davis Martindale Holdings Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document technical requirements and ensure that products and solutions meet business needs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT service delivery
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL and MS Windows
