Job Title: Help Desk Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Help Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
  • Provide customer service and respond to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
