Job Title: Help Desk Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Analyst to join our team at Davis Martindale Holdings Inc.

Job Summary:

The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to employees and customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining accurate records of incidents and resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions using our IT service management system
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our IT systems and services to provide effective support
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management principles
