Job Summary:

CMHA Oxford is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Lead to lead our data insights team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence reports and dashboards that provide critical insights to the organization.

About the Role:

This leadership position will oversee the development of interactive and static reports using BI tools such as Crystal Reports, SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. You will work closely with leaders, funders, and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into BI solutions that support the organization's strategic directions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in BI development, report building, or related projects, with experience working with cloud-based BI platforms. You will be responsible for optimizing reports and dashboards for performance, ensuring they run efficiently and provide real-time data access.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence reports and dashboards
  • Develop clear, user-friendly data visualizations that simplify complex data for non-technical users
  • Optimize reports and dashboards for performance, ensuring they run efficiently and provide real-time data access
  • Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from multiple sources into data warehouses or BI platforms
  • Provide ongoing support for BI tools and reports, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring users have access to the data they need

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems, Data Science, or a related field
  • Valid Ontario driver's license and access to a vehicle to carry out job duties
  • 3+ years of experience in BI development, report building, or related projects
  • Proven experience with BI tools such as Crystal Reports, SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation, as well as stored procedures

What We Offer:

  • Estimated salary: $51 per hour ($106,400 per year)
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 9% in lieu of benefits
