Data Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Data Engineering Team Lead to spearhead our Business Intelligence and Data Engineering initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will drive our data strategy forward by designing, delivering, and supporting data and reporting solutions that align with our business goals.

Your primary focus will be on leading the development of data models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI, as well as governing large-scale deployments. You will work closely with senior business leaders to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support analytics solutions tailored to their needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership and mentoring skills, as well as experience managing high-performing teams. A solid knowledge base of modern datalake house technologies and Azure data engineering tools is essential, as is proficiency in Python for data engineering and Spark, Spark SQL, PySpark.

In addition to your technical expertise, excellent communication and presentation skills are required to effectively collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.
