We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Delivery Expert to join our team and help our client, a top-tier consulting firm, meet their future needs for their ServiceNow platform.

About the Role

This is a long-term contract or permanent hire opportunity that will work within a small, dedicated team to deliver solutions while ensuring the ServiceNow instance aligns with internal best practices.

The main focus of delivery will center around evolving the ServiceNow platform to meet changing business requirements, working closely with other ServiceNow professionals across the globe to provide input on setting standards and path forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the QAP release strategy
  • Manage the quality of backlog and be accountable to it
  • Drive ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in project or people management functions
  • Expert knowledge of enterprise-grade Service Management platforms and their application to complex hybrid cloud and on-premise solutions
  • Good understanding of IT Security standards, policies, procedures
  • Prior experience in professional services environment or similar
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow CIS is an asset
  • Certified Scrum Master is an asset
