We are a passionate team focused on execution, delivery, and client satisfaction. Our client, a top-tier consulting firm, is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Delivery Expert to help meet their future needs.


Duration:
Long-term contract or permanent hire

This role will work closely with a dedicated team to deliver solutions and ensure the ServiceNow instance aligns with internal best practices.

The main focus of delivery will center around evolving the ServiceNow platform to meet changing business requirements.

Collaborate with global ServiceNow professionals to provide input on setting standards and path forward to collectively deliver solutions internally.

  • Manage the QAP release strategy.
  • Manage the quality of backlog and be accountable to it.
  • Drive ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution.

Key requirements include:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in project or people management functions.
  • Expert knowledge of enterprise-grade Service Management platforms and their application to complex hybrid cloud and on-premise solutions.
  • Good understanding of IT Security standards, policies, procedures.
  • Prior experience in professional services environment or similar.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow CIS is an asset.
  • Certified Scrum Master is an asset.
