About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team as a Clinical Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of Speech and Language Therapists
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs
  • Participate in audits and evaluations of services
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide integrated services
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent
  • Registration with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist with children and young people
  • Experience working in early years settings and schools
  • Sound knowledge of clinical practice, national policies, and issues relating to the delivery of speech and language therapy services
