Job Title: Personal Support Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and independent Personal Support Worker to provide excellent and empathetic care to our clients in the community. As a member of our team, you will work under the supervision of our Client Services Supervisor and with our team of healthcare providers to deliver high-quality care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living to clients in their homes
  • Work independently in the community, with the support and guidance of our team and supervisors
  • Develop respectful working relationships with clients and families to meet their care needs
  • Deliver high-quality customer experiences and ensure client safety
  • Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Personal Support Worker or Equivalent Certificate from a recognized institution
  • Nursing students with at least 1 year of completed education
  • Internationally trained Registered Nurse, Registered Practical Nurse, Midwife or Physician, Paramedic, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Social Worker, Dietician
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and Canadian Driver's license
  • Eligible to work in Canada
