Your Opportunity: Shape the Future of Technical Learning

We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Learning Consultant, Technical Capabilities to join our dynamic Learning & Development team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the technical expertise of our professionals across Assurance, Tax, and Risk.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with National Technical Training teams and business leaders to understand their talent development goals. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support their objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth performance consulting and needs analysis to identify skill gaps and propose tailored solutions for both local and national levels, focusing on technical capabilities and compliance learning.
  • Ensure alignment between technical skills learning curricula and the firm's competency frameworks. Develop skilling programs that directly address strategic technical capability needs.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between Centers of Excellence, offices, and locations across the firm. Leverage resources and expertise to enhance the effectiveness of technical learning initiatives.
  • Champion firm-wide learning standards, upholding compliance with language, accessibility, effectiveness, and regulatory requirements. Promote best practices to mitigate risks and achieve desired learning outcomes.
  • Provide expert guidance and consultation to technical training teams on learning strategies, methodologies, technical bodies of knowledge, and best practices to optimize learning results.
  • Develop and deliver engaging learning resources, workshops, tools, and templates tailored to the specific needs of National Technical Training teams.
  • Implement robust measurement strategies for all learning interventions based on established key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluation metrics. Assess the impact on individual and organizational performance.
Your Profile:

Your expertise in instructional design and performance consulting is complemented by your passion for driving innovation in learning and development practices.

  • 5+ years of experience in performance consulting within a Professional Services Firm (preferred but not required).
  • 5+ years of practical experience in designing blended learning solutions.
  • A strong understanding of the modern learning professional and their impact on organizations.
  • Practical experience implementing measurement strategies for programs of various complexities.
  • Experience developing learning solutions using design thinking methodology.
  • Excellent group facilitation and presentation skills at all levels.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively and manage a creative development process.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
  • A proven ability to build strong relationships and maintain trust with stakeholders.
  • A curious mindset, strong critical thinking, and sense-making abilities.
