Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at OTBx Air. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer marketing lifecycle programs that deepen customer relationships and drive acquisition/engagement KPIs.
  • Lead the development of marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of sales/marketing experience, with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
