Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at ED Tech Solutions Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Offer advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
  • Supervise other technical support workers in this group
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Working Conditions

  • 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
