Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

At Shelby's Shawarma, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Hire food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and walk frequently. You must be able to work in a team environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
