We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Subway Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other restaurant managers and corporate staff to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
