Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Subway Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead a team of employees to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and employee scheduling.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in point of sale systems.
