Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Subway Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities and providing excellent customer service.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Food Quality: Ensure that our food quality meets the highest standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and adhering to all food safety and handling procedures.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting our restaurant and increasing sales.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
