- Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, providing clear communication to guests.
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including dining options, amenities, and local attractions.
- Offer general information about points of interest in the area, enhancing the guest experience.
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff, ensuring prompt communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is an asset.
- Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
