Culinary Excellence at Carl's Jr.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our kitchen team at Carl's Jr. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the high standards of quality and presentation expected by Carl's Jr.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain a well-stocked and efficient kitchen.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced environment
- Repetitive tasks
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 36 to 44 hours per week
