We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Blue Canoe Waterfront Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and cooking of meals, as well as supervising and training other kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking techniques
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
