We have an opportunity for a Digital Account Manager to join our Hospitality team, responsible for handling customer renewals and providing in-life support to clients. This role offers a great chance to make a significant impact on client satisfaction and retention.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary range for this role is $50,000 to $60,000 per year, plus benefits and a bonus tied to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). PressReader offers a hybrid work environment, with employees located within the Vancouver Lower Mainland area coming to the office two days a week, while those outside this area can work fully remotely.
The compensation package includes a 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision benefit plan, as well as 15 paid vacation days, health and wellness days, bereavement days, and reimbursement for professional training and membership in professional associations.
Job DescriptionThis role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned client accounts, assisting with onboarding new clients, and serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
You will be responsible for completing renewals, updating relevant agreements, and ensuring timely billing of clients. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to help address client requests, implement up-sell or cross-sell options, and monitor client satisfaction.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need at least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, exceptional communication and presentation skills, strong organizational skills with a results-driven mindset, and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales tools is also required. Experience in the hotel industry and fluency in an additional language are considered bonuses.
